Donations via Fundraising Events

Cancer Research Foundation events are inspiring, uplifting, and great at bringing the fight against cancer directly into your community. From black-tie galas to full-length marathons, we have an event that will suit your interests and let you join in the spirit of camaraderie and compassion as we work together to save lives from cancer.

Would you like to organize an event to benefit cancer research?
We, at the Cancer Research Foundation, are continuously overwhelmed by the generosity and creativity of donors. In the past, we have seen individuals organize a number of different events to raise awareness of and funds for cancer research. We encourage individuals, schools, and organizations to be aware of the need for research funding and to do their part; however, they are able. In addition to putting scientists that much closer to a cure, these actions encourage understanding, support, and overall community awareness.

Are you looking for event ideas?
Although we cannot anticipate every amazing fundraising idea, we have put together a number of tools and resources for the most commonly used events. Hopefully, these tools will help you advertise and explain your activities as they benefit the Cancer Research Foundation. Below are some of the event platforms that have worked for others in the past. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your event and how we can help.

Please contact us for additional information, logos or images to promote your fundraising event, or strategic ideas to complete your event seamlessly. You can reach us, toll-free, at 800-You-Cure (968-2873) or via email by completing our CONTACT US form.

The Cancer Research Foundation is a United States, a tax-exempt, 501(c)3, public charity. CRF was created to raise awareness about the essential need for cancer research and the ongoing importance for cancer research funding.

The Cancer Research Foundation is designed to raise funds and awareness in creative and local ways. We encourage local funding events for cancer research; strive to bring awareness to corporate and planned giving options; encourage innovative and creative cancer research
funding options... all while minimizing internal operating expenses so that the maximum percentage of each donation truly goes to cancer research.

This year, the Cancer Research Foundation is proud to benefit the innovative research programs at Mayo Clinic Cancer Center, Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, UCLA Jonsson Cancer Center Foundation, and UCSF Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center.
